First, the winner of Marshall Ulrich’s book “Running on Empty” is: Krystal @ My Life of Travels and Adventures! Shoot me an email theboringrunner (at) gmail.com and I’ll get you all set up. Fortunately, no toenail removal is required to win the contest – THIS time.
Second, an update on my running. I feel like I have to confess when I bail out of a run. (Forgive me readers, for I have sinned) I had planned on doing 3 mile repeats this morning at 6:00/pace. I was only able to manage 2 of them at 6:15 pace. I’m in a stepback week, so I was ok with cutting the run a BIT short, but am wrestling in my head trying to figure out
Finally, this week’s Funny Foto Friday is a doozy. It has a few swears in it, so don’t read it out loud while driving to/from work or taking the kiddos to soccer practice (for that matter, feel free to pull over whenever you are reading my blog……well, at least slow down). Happy Friday!

Ha, that is pretty good.
And, I'm super bummed to hear that toenail removal was not a factor in winning the Ulrich book, since I totally did that this week, just for the contest.
If he WAS a "peeing Tom", that would add a whole 'nother level of insult to the incident! :)
You'll have your mojo back next week, I'm sure, fueled by all that Easter candy. Maybe you're just psyching yourself out with the Boston decision. Get out there and run like you know you can and don't stress over it.
hahahahhaha!!!!!!!! I thought I was the only one who ever heard of the term "cooter". Tooooo funny!!!!!
Rats, I really wanted that book. Truth be told, I don't think she was naked. She's just dating the mechanic from the Dukes of Hazard.

Yay, Krystal!
I want pics or a video of you with a mouth crammed full of peeps! Please?
This set of correspondences is hilarious! Are these your neighbors?
I for one am always impressed by anyone who makes it out the door and even starts the workout ;-)
Where do you get photos like these?
Whom?
Funny. I find setback weeks difficult to deal with mentally - always. You'll appreciate the time off in a few more days.
That made me laugh...the creeper thing, not your setbacks.
Kazing! That's awesome!!!
Those photos look real!! As in... -er, you're not either neighbor, RIGHT? haha!! Great post:) Ohh and go easy on yourself regarding your stepback week... I'm seriously hoping you set a new record for how many peeps you can fit in your mouth over Easter.
