House Update

Short post today because I am crazy busy at work.... We received a house offer today! As you would expect with the current economy, the offer was quite a bit lower than I would like (~%10), so we countered. I am still waiting to hear back – but am very hopeful that by the end of the day we’ll have something locked down!

Of course, I will keep everyone posted! :)
