12/30 - 3 miles, 8:20 pace
12/31 - 3 miles, 7:35 pace with 2 x 800 at 7:00 pace.
1/1 - 3 miles, 7:55 pace
This was the last week before I 'officially' start my training schedule for the Fargo marathon. The runs went well, although I didn't want to get up and run a few of the days! The good news is that I haven't had any pain in my legs or foot from the Chicago marathon injury. I've just had a slight case of shin splints that I assume will go away once I get back into a regular routine.
