One year in 40 seconds

I normally don't post a lot of videos on my blog. They slow down the blog, generally don't ADD a whole lot (not about running, me, etc), and take up valuable blog space.

However, for my first post in 2009, I thought that I would share the following video. I wanted to post it because it reminded me of the area that I grew in (northwest Iowa) and also reminded me of running throughout the year in the midwest. I really enjoy watching the seasons change as I run and this little clip is a really good representation of that.
