12/16 - 3 miles, 7:40 pace. This included 3 x 800 @ 7:00 pace on the treadmill.
12/20 - 8 miles, 8:20 pace. Burrr - more wind. There was a 20 mph headwind and 25 degree temps. I could only go into the wind for a mile at a time - that is all that my face could handle.
