Week of 10/6 Runs

10/7 - 3 miles, 8:43 pace.
10/9 - 2 miles, 8:29 pace.

Last runs before the race. My leg wasn't 100%, but it will be fine for the race. After the race is over I'm going to switch to the bike for a few weeks to see if it can heal but I can still maintain my cardiovascular fitness.
