443/486 Miles

91.1% or 443 miles out of an expected 486 miles.

I completed 91.1% of the mileage that I had hoped to run using Hal Higdon's marathon training plan. Not too bad to be honest. I was on track to be over 100% if it were not for my slight injury towards the home stretch.

My goal for the next race is to not only run a 3.30 or below, but to also complete over 92% of the anticipated runs. *fingers crossed
