10/4 Run

6 miles, 8:45 pace. Back on the waggon! I was able to do 6 miles in relative comfort. I still had pain while running, but it didn't change my stride which is supposedly the most important thing while running with an injury.

I am really glad that I was able to get out there now because on Sunday, I was actually a little sore from doing only 6 miles. I'm really going to focus on getting 'quality' miles in this last week in prep for the big race!
