7/29 Run

4 miles today. Not sure exactly of the pace. It was probably around 7:45 or 7:50. I ran 2 miles at 8, 1 at 7 and 1 at 7:30. So, *shrugs*

It was good to get back running because I was still a bit tight from the run this past weekend. *whew* Hopefully this weekend's run will go much better. I'm still going to try to get ahead of the training and do 16 miles this weekend at approximately 8:00 for the entire run.
